Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan walks in the street and warns citizens to follow safety rules. He noted that it is obvious that in such conditions the state of emergency cannot be lifted, but the restrictions should be eased and the rules of work in such conditions should be tightened.
According to Nikol Pashinyan, a lever must be created for the citizens to observe the anti-epidemic rules.
