Referring to the “accusations” of some users that Minister Arsen Torosyan is visiting a cafe, let me remind you that their outdoor activities have been allowed since 4 May  and are available to everyone. As you can see in the picture, Minister of Health Arsen Torosyan and his deputies are holding a discussion in the open-air cafe.

I am glad that you are following all the steps of the Minister, it would be good to follow with the same inspiration the work done for 3 months in 24/7 mode.
