The Shirak regional administration informs that the restrictions applied in Maralik and Dzorakap settlements for the purpose of spreading and preventing the spread of coronavirus have been removed since 1 May.

The number of patients who recovered in the region has increased by 4. Three of the recovered patients are employees of the Maralik Health Center.

At the moment, 68 patients are being treated from coronavirus in Gyumri Infectious Diseases Hospital, 63 of them are residents of Shirak region. The number of patients transferred to Yerevan is 18, in total 17 patients have recovered and discharged from the hospital. Three deaths were reported as a result of the disease. At the moment, 339 citizens have instructions for isolation and self-isolation in Shirak region.
