Today, I made a very important decision, which is again aimed at promoting the efficiency of the work of the staff of the RA National Assembly. Tigran Galstyan, Chief of Staff of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, wrote about this on his Facebook page.

“Employees of the staff of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, who will make proposals for increasing the efficiency, rationalization, automation or qualitative development of the staff’s work, will receive significant incentives, awards:

Employees who have been reprimanded for failing to perform their duties or for failing to comply with the existing rules,  will be deprived of any other possible award(s)/incentive(s), in whole or in part.

Increasing efficiency will be unstoppable. In the new era, we consider the old way of working unacceptable,” he wrote.
