In addition, electronic photocopies of documents (birth certificate of the child, regardless of the date of birth of the child, marriage certificate, certificate of paternity, certificate of custody of the children) are attached, as well as birth certificate data are filled in only if the child State registration of birth was carried out in a foreign country, the guardian of the child applies or is born in Armenia on the basis of data received from the civil registration bodies, child and parent are not identified and that the applicant had previously been rejected on that grounds.

The previously established requirement to enter the date of birth, month and year of birth of children and parents of the public service number (social security card) has also been eliminated. In addition, the previously established requirement for parents and children under the age of 18 to live permanently in Armenia has been eliminated.

From now on, in the sense of the measure, the family can become a beneficiary if at least one parent and child have been in the administrative territory of Armenia from 12 to 31 March, 2020 to March 31, 2020.

The condition that the child and the applicant parent are not registered at the address of the place of residence in the Republic of Armenia in the state population register has also been abolished. The simplified system of applications will only identify the applicant parent or guardian, the state population register data.
