“Protocols on administrative offenses have been drawn up against our compatriots visiting the Armenian Genocide Memorial, which will presumably be followed by decisions on imposing an administrative penalty, according to Article 102.3, Part 10 of the RA Code on Administrative Offenses.
Our compatriots who were subjected to penalties for visiting the Armenian Genocide Memorial will be provided free legal aid including compiling lawsuits and representation at the administrative court to protect the citizens interests by the lawyers’ group formed by the Chamber of Advocates (Contacts: +37410 600701, 600703, 600704, [email protected]).
At the same time, I call on the police not to impose an administrative penalty on our compatriots who visited the Armenian Genocide Memorial.
P.S. To join the group of lawyers, partner lawyers can join by commenting or by personal letter,” Ara Zohrabyan, Chairman of the Chamber of Advocates said.
