Minister of Health Arsen Torosyan issued a statement saying:

“The photo shows the Vanadzor branch of the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the Ministry of Health, where for two days now the Coronavirus Diagnosis PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) has been conducted. The branch has the required level of biosecurity and is equipped with equipment and personnel.

It currently serves the Lori-Shirak regions.

As a result of the program to develop the laboratory capacity of the country diagnosed with coronavirus, a record number of PCR tests with a total of 680 samples were carried out yesterday.”
