RA Deputy Prime Minister, Commandant Tigran Avinyan issued a statement, which reads:
“Dear compatriots,
According to today’s decision (https://www.gov.am/files/docs/4009.pdf) some changes have been made in the temporary restrictions on the right to free movement and types of economic activity.
Restrictions on certain types of economic activity will be lifted on 13 April.
In particular, economic activity will be allowed:
In the manufacturing industry:
12 – Production of tobacco products,
23.5 – Production of cement, lime, gypsum and plaster
23.6 – Production of concrete, cement and gypsum structures,
25.11 – Production of metal structures and their parts,
The construction sector is almost whole, except for 43-3.
In the field of professional, scientific-technical activity: 71.12 – “Engineering activity” and technical consultations related to it.
In addition, only on 14 April from 00:01 to 23:59 the movement of persons will be allowed to move or return to their place of permanent residence or preferential self-isolation.”
