The Government held the meeting of the Commission for Coordination of Activities to Prevent the Spread of Coronavirus in the Republic of Armenia chaired by the Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan,

Health Minister Arsen Torosyan first touched upon the cases of coronavirus infection and the health status of infected persons. It was reported that in the coming days the health system of the Republic of Armenia will be equipped with new equipment, in particular, 100 breathing apparatus, 60 thousand tests, other accessories – masks, special medical clothing, glasses and more. Further, issues related to preventing the spread of coronavirus, epidemiological problem manageability, restrictions of movement and on economic activity were discussed. Summing up, the Prime Minister instructed to submit a draft of the relevant decision, taking into account the suggestions and observations made during the discussion.
