Today, on 31 March, the National Assembly is debating the second reading of the Draft Law on the State of Emergency and the Law on Electronic Communication.
Edmon Marukyan, member of the National Assembly “Bright Armenia” faction, said in his speech that during the first and second readings the faction would vote against the proposal.
