Police continue to enforce the Commandant’s decision on restrictions on the free movement of persons to prevent the possible spread of the new coronavirus.

On 30 March, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, a record of administrative violations was drawn up against 352 individuals for violations of isolation or self-isolation rules or other restrictions on the right to free movement. by 30 March by 18:00 after the Commandant’s decision entered into force, a record of administrative violations was drawn up against 3213 persons, 1666 in the capital, 1547 in the regions.
From 9 am to 6 pm on 30 March, the Traffic Police officers found 215 vehicles in the republic, including more than 2 people, and after the Commandant’s decision entered into force by 30 March, at 18:00, until 2443 transportation means with the same violation. All those who violated the decision were removed from the cars.

Records of administrative misconduct were drawn up against 58 public transport drivers who transported more than a specified number of passengers.

We once again urge the population to strictly limit leaving their homes and leave homes only in case of extreme need. Drivers are advised to carry only one passenger in accordance with the requirements of the Commandant’s decision.
