Health Minister Arsen Torosyan reports: “It is a pity to note that in the last hour or so, we have had two deaths at a Nork infectious hospital – a 55-year-old woman and a 73-year-old man who had coronavirus disease combined with other chronic illnesses.
Doctors did their best to save their lives, which unfortunately failed …
I extend my condolences to their relatives. ”
On 26 March, the first case of coronavirus death in Armenia was recorded at Nork Infectious Disease Clinical Hospital. The 72-year-old patient had coronavirus disease, as well as bilateral pneumonia, polyurethane insufficiency, respiratory distress syndrome, hypertension, and heart rhythm disorder.
