As of 8:30 pm, 158 persons were found guilty of violating the rules of isolation or self-isolation or other restrictions on the right to freedom of movement, 84 in the capital and 74 in the regions. 40 people did not have an ID card. They were presented to territorial divisions, where their identity was verified and protocols were compiled.
