Police informs, that guided by the restrictions imposed on the conduct of public service throughout the Republic of Armenia by the 24.03.2020 Decision #15 Point Paragraph 1 Point 3 of the Commandant on declaring the state of emergency in the whole territory of the Republic of Armenia, from 16 March, 2020, from 18:30 till 14 April, 2020, at 17:00, the activities of the civil service of the Traffic Police Registration-Investigation Units are temporarily suspended. Citizens can appeal decisions on administrative violations or pay their fines online on a timely basis.
The application can be sent through the e-request.am website, payment of penalties is also possible via the roadpolice.am website.

The hotline 1-77 of the Traffic Police is also in operation.
