The Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan has accepted to proceeding the second lawsuit of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan’s daughter Shushan Pashinyan against Narek Samsonyan.

It should be reminded that this was caused by Samsonyan’s Facebook post about famous “Ikra” (caviar) that Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan bought black caviar for $ 3,000 a month from a restaurant in Yerevan. Shushan Pashinyan demands that the head of the Civil Consciousness NGO Narek Samsonyan refute the information which is considered slander and to compensate the damage caused to his honor and dignity, 2 million AMD.

The case was signed to Judge Zaruhi Nakhshkaryan.
