Spokesman for Yerevan Mayor Hakob Karapetyan issued a statement saying:

“Food stored in community kindergartens will be provided to socially vulnerable families:

Taking into consideration the state of emergency declared in the country, Mayor of Yerevan Hayk Marutyan discussed the issue of providing food stored in community kindergartens to socially vulnerable families with the RA Deputy Prime Minister, Emergency Situations Commandant Tigran Avinyan.

The food obtained and stored will be provided today and tomorrow to the staffs of the district administration, whose social security departments will primarily allocate it to socially vulnerable families.”
