RA Ministry of Defense spokeswoman Shushan Stepanyan issued a statement saying:

“The MoD STOPS the acceptance of hard copy applications, letters and recommendations from citizens, NGOs or other organizations.

Please send your applications, notices and recommendations electronically.”
