“In line with the principles of ensuring proper customer service in the event of the state of emergency, as well as issuing from the principle of making the health of our environment a priority, from 17 March, 2009, Electric Networks of Armenia switches to remote operating mode.

To this end, the Company has decided to minimize human contact both within the Company and with the outside world. Therefore, it is forbidden for citizens, including our subscribers, to enter Company offices. The customer service centers located in Yerevan and in the regions will not work temporarily. Subscribers will be serviced electronically.
