Taking into account the Government of the Republic of Armenia Decision No. 298-N dated 16.03.2020 on Declaring a State of Emergency in the Republic of Armenia and guided by Article 208 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia and Article 6, Part 1, of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia On Referendum, the Central Electoral Commission informs that all activities, processes and events carried out to prepare and hold the referendum on the constitutional amendments of the Republic of Armenia shall be terminated by all participants of the process.
