At 23:23 Yerevan time, the Atlantis European Airways Armenian airline carried out a special flight from Rome, transporting to Yerevan the citizens of Armenia who wish to return to their homeland from various regions of Italy. T Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan reported.

“Throughout this period our diplomatic missions have been in constant contact with the citizens of Armenia, raising awareness of the appropriate steps taken by the Government and the Embassy of Armenia in parallel with the spread of the new type of coronavirus infection in Italy, and to arrange the return of our citizens.

Passengers were provided with masks, and health safety measures. During the flight they will be accompanied by medical staff. Our citizens who have returned to Armenia will be on a 14-day quarantine.

We wish our compatriots a safe flight and good return to their homeland,” he said.
