The Football Federation of Armenia has issued a statement on the spread of coronavirus in our country:
Considering the recent cases of Coronavirus spreading and restrictions on sporting events around the world, we are pleased to announce that the Football Federation of Armenia is in daily contact with both the RA Ministry of Health and UEFA partners.
Accordingly, there is no decision at this time to postpone the matches of the Armenian Premier League and the First Group. Tomorrow, 13 March, the issue will be discussed again and a corresponding decision will be made.
As for the upcoming friendly matches of the Armenian national team, AFF is also in daily contact with the representatives of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan Football Federations. The final decision on these meetings will be made on 17 March, when the President of the National Assembly will take part in the online discussion with the participation of UEFA representatives and UEFA Member Associations.
