A statement on the CC’s official website reads:

“Dear citizens,

Taking into account the risks associated with the spread of coronavirus, I urge the citizens of Armenia to refrain from attending the Constitutional Court hearing on 17 March, 2020, during which the President’s application will be examined in oral proceeding.

I appeal to the mass media to provide opportunity to all citizens interested in the session to follow the proceedings through live broadcasting.
