If the RA citizen is registered in one address at the State Population Register at the RA, but will be in another community on the voting day, by 26.03.2020, may file an application for a passport to the registration or location where the voter has been temporarily removed from the list of persons participating in the voting, indicating the address of the location on the voting day.
Police Passport and Visa Department informs about this.
Within three days of receiving the application, the Passport Service temporarily deletes the person’s data from the list of the place of registration and adds it to the list of persons participating in the referendum polling station by location, and the applicant is provided with a relevant reference.
When submitting an application on behalf of another person, the applicant must submit a notarized power of attorney.
