Decision on the Withdrawal of Anna Danibekyan in Robert Kocharyan’s Case

The Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan, presided by Judge Anna Danibekyan, has announced the decision on the motion of withdrawal to the presiding judge submitted by the defense team of the second President of the RA Robert.

The court dismissed the defense lawyers’ motion, and Anna Danibekyan will continue the case.

Former Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan, former CSTO Secretary General Yuri Khachaturov and former Deputy Prime Minister Armen Gevorgyan are also parties to the March 1 case.
