On March 4, the Draft on Making Amendments and Addenda to the Constitutional Law of the RA Judicial Code is being debated at the sitting of the National Assembly.
Justice Minister Rustam Badasyan noted that if opposition figures put forward a more “rigorous” draft law from the first to second reading that would solve the problems faced by the judiciary, it would certainly be adopted, but in case of a crucial condition if it did not contravene the Constitution.
