Lawyer Ruben Melikyan has issued a statement saying:

“I appeal to the competent authorities with request to initiate an immediate criminal case on the fact stated in the note. If somebody has actually given a bribe in the name of “NO” then they need to be immediately identified and prosecuted. And if this is another slander against us, the author of the record should be held accountable.

Meanwhile, our initiative group will probably prepare and file a second lawsuit for defamation and insult.”
