The Bulgarian government has selected Hungarian Wizz Air as the Sofia-Yerevan-Sofia airline. The Bulgarian government reports.
The selection was made in accordance with an interstate agreement, European Union legislation and Bulgaria’s national law.
The airline has expressed its readiness to carry out two weekly flights on Mondays and Fridays. The flights will start in late March 2020.
It is expected that regular flights between the two countries will contribute to the strengthening of bilateral ties, the development of tourism and business relations.
