If the citizen of the Republic of Armenia does not have a registration address at the State Register of Population of the RA (the owner has been removed from the registration or is registered at a foreign state address), he/she may participate in the voting in the following manner: until 26.03.2020 may apply to the Passport and Visa Department or the Passport Office by location to be temporarily included in the voters’ list, indicating the address of the place of residence in the Republic of Armenia on the Election Day. The Police Passports and Visa Department informs.

Within three days after receiving the application, the voter shall be included in the voters’ list at the polling station of his location in the Republic of Armenia at the polling day and shall provide a reference thereto.
