On the basis of an application from Judge of the Court of First Instance of Yerevan, Anna Danibekyan, the Supreme Judicial Council has decided not to assign new cases to Judge Anna Danibekyna during the term of 6 months, due to the circumstance that the examination of cases of particular complexity in the judge’s proceedings has not been completed.
