Still on 3 February, 2020, Gagik Khachatryan’s Lawyer’s Team had lodged a complaint to the RA Human Rights Defender on the actions and inaction that violate his rights and freedoms, of their defendant as well as ill-treatment by the Criminal Proceedings Body, the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Armenia, the Penitentiary Service of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia and the Center of Penitentiary Medicine SNCO of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia

Defender Yerem Sargsyan informed that the submitted complaint described in detail all the violations that had been committed against G. Khachatryan since the beginning of the investigation of this criminal case up to date.
