US President Donald Trump’s administration has announced a ban on foreigners who have been in China for the past 14 days due to the spread of a new coronavirus. According to CNN, Alex Azar, Secretary of Health and Human Services said this.

All Americans who have traveled to Hubei, China, where the outbreak of the virus has started during this period, would be quarantined for two weeks after returning to the United States.

The ban will run from 2 February.

Notably, at least 222 people have died from the new strain of coronavirus that began spreading from the Wuhan seafood market. 9692 people were infected in China and six in the United States. On 31 January, Russia became the 21st country to have an infection.
