President of the Republic of Armenian Armen Sarkissian, who is attending the World Economic Forum in Davos, met with the Prime Minister of Georgia Giorgi Gakharia.

Georgi Gakharia conveyed to President Sarkissian the warmest regards of Georgian President Salome Zourabichvili .

The Armenian President and Georgian Prime Minister exchanged views on the agenda of the Armenian-Georgian relations. They noted that the two countries have a very broad spectrum of cooperation and a huge potential. Emphasizing that the results of mutually beneficial cooperation will serve the well-being of the citizens of both countries, the parties stressed the importance of implementing practical steps and joint programs.

The parties noted that they see great potential for cooperation in the fields of high technology, agriculture, food industry and supply, tourism and a number of other areas.
