Ombudsman Arman Tatoyan spoke about the death of former director of the NSS Georgi Kutoyan.
“It is very sad and humanly unexpected.
On behalf of the Human Rights Defender’s staff and myself, I extend my deepest condolences to his family, relatives and friends on the tragic death of Georgi Kutoyan.
Georgi Kutoyan worked in the Office of the Human Rights Defender of the Republic of Armenia from 2006-2010.
He was endowed with high human and professional qualities,” he said.
