There is a vacant position of journalist (FULL DAY) at the Iravaban.netnews site operated by the Armenian Lawyers’ Association.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of text and multimedia materials (TV reports, videos, infographics, etc.),
- Coverage of different actions, events and activities,
- Preparation of analytical, investigative materials,
- Preparing Interviews
- Coverage of court hearings, judicial-related events,
- Publication of operative newsfeed on the website
- Perform other professional tasks on the managers’ assignment.
Required Qualifications:
- At least one year of work experience as a journalist;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian (knowledge of Russian and English will be an advantage),
- Motivation to learn more, develop own knowledge and abilities,
- Willingness and ability to work diligently,
- Teamwork skills,
- Activity, working flexibility and quick orientation at work in different situations.
- Knowledge of photo and video shooting, as well as knowledge of computer software needed for photo and video editing will be an advantage.
