President Armen Sarkissian signed new decrees appointing new judges Azat Dunamalyan, Narek Beglaryan and Manvel Shahverdyan.

The decree reads:

“Governed by Articles 139 (1) and 166 (6) of the RA Constitution; and on the conclusions of 26 November, 2019, BDKh-80-Vo-196, of the RA Supreme Judicial Council: appoint Azat DUNAMALYAN as a judge of the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction of Kotayk Marz.”

“Governed by Articles 139 (1) and 166 (6) of the RA Constitution; and on the conclusions of 21 November, 2019, BDKh-79-Vo-191, of the RA Supreme Judicial Council: appoint Narek  BEGLARYAN as a judge of the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction of Shirak Marz.”

“Governed by Articles 139 (1) and 166 (6) of the RA Constitution; and on the conclusions of 26 November, 2019, BDKh-79-Vo-197, of the RA Supreme Judicial Council: appoint Manvel SHAHVERDYAN as a judge of the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction of Lori Marz.”
