“Comprehensive discussions of complex issues in our time, public-political dialogues and negotiations, public debates as preferred and accepted ways of resolving them, developing ways of agreement have penetrated into various, even traditionally conservative, areas of life. The mass media are flooded with ideological, political, economic, legal and cultural heated debates and the most extreme views and clashes can be witnessed at meetings and rallies,” Mr. Hovhannes Hovhannisyan said.
