From time to time, some media disseminate untrue news to the public about alleged contacts between the third President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan and Nikol Pashinyan. A statement was made by the office of the third president.

“The Office of the Third President of the Republic of Armenia officially declares that Serzh Sargsyan has not had direct or indirect contact with the above mentioned person either during his tenure, after his resignation, or at any other time, except for the public meeting in “Aremenia Marriott Hotel” on 22 April, 2018, which lasted just a few minutes.”
