NA MP Gevorg Petrosyan proposes banning of same-sex and sex changed persons from adopting children. The MP proposes to include the draft agenda in the four-day sittings. By voting, the draft law was not put on the agenda.
Vladimir Vardanyan, Chairman of the NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs, once again reminded that marriage between homosexuals and sex changed persons is already prohibited by the Constitution and this is an extra burden on the work of the National Assembly.
