Criminal Court of Appeal under presidency of Judge Marabyan, has released Hrayr Tovmasyan’s godchild Norayr Panosyan from custody shortly before on the grounds of lack of reasonable doubts.
His lawyer Tigran Atanesyan reports.
It should be reminded that on 1 October, the court granted the investigator’s motion for the detention of the former head of the Ministry of Justice’s law enforcement inspection, an employee of Land and Property Transactions CJSC.
