Galoyan’s body, his death was a consequence of gross bodily injuries incompatible with his life, which was caused by gunshot wound, bullet-crossing injuries in the head and he died just after receiving the gunshot wound. During the forensic examination of V. Galoyan’s body, besides gunshot wounds, 3 scratches and 1 wound were found which are not characteristic of gunshot wounds: two of them were caused 2-3 days before, and the other from 2 hours to one day before. The above-mentioned injuries do not appear to have features of slight damage to the health of living persons and are not causally linked to his death. Other injuries are characteristic of gunshot wounds.
