On 3 November, at 11:00 am, convict Khdr Broyan (born in 1972) of Armavir Penitentiary of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia was sentenced under Article 266 3 (2) and Article 266 (4) of the RA Criminal Code, and Article 268 (3)) felt bad and an ambulance was called for worsening of consciousness.
The penitentiary service informs about this.
The convict was immediately taken to Vagharshapat hospital and at about 2:15 pm to Erebuni Medical Center. At 2:25 am, Broian’s biological death was recorded. According to preliminary diagnosis, death was due to cardiovascular insufficiency.
Materials are being prepared on the fact. A forensic examination has been appointed.
