The ECHR has received Applications from the Second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan

The European Court of Human Rights has received and registered applications by the RA second President Robert Kocharyan regarding violations of the convention law during his detention.

The ECHR Secretariat informed the Advocate Team that the applications were received on 17 and 18 October, and the court will examine them at the earliest opportunity.
