The Proceedings of the Criminal Case of Robert Kocharyan and others have been suspended

The case on former RA President Robert Kocharyan, Former Deputy Prime Minister Armen Gevorgyan, Former Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan and former CSTO Secretary General Yuri Khachaturov has been suspended by the court decision and sent to the Constitutional Court.

Elen Arakelyan, a spokesperson for Robert Kocharyan’s defense group, told to Iravaban.net.
