As we have already informed, the case on former RA President Robert Kocharyan, Former Deputy Prime Minister Armen Gevorgyan, Former Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan and former CSTO Secretary General Yuri Khachaturov has been suspended by the court decision and sent to the Constitutional Court.

Justice Minister Artak Zeynalyan said this at a news conference on May 21 and added that he cannot comment because he is not familiar with his content.
