The “Citizen’s Decision” Social-Democratic Party of Armenia , represented by the Secretary of Executive Body Suren Sahakyan, filed a petition to the President of the National Assembly Ararat Mirzoyan and the RA Prosecutor General Artur Davtyan with request for the initiation of criminal prosecution and deprivation of the deputy mandate for statements made in the meetings with the journalists at the NA session hall and beyond, during the discussion of the Draft Law “On Making Addenda to the RA Law on State Duty” on 19 April 2019, taking into account the prohibition of being engaged in entrepreneurial activities of a deputy.
