On March 28, Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan met with OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs Igor Popov, Stefan Visone, Andrew Shoffer and Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk.
On the same day, with the participation of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs and the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Foreign Minister of Armenia Zohrab Mnatsakanyan met with Azerbaijan Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov.
Before the meeting of the Armenian Prime Minister and the Azerbaijan President, the sides exchanged views on the Nagorno Karabakh problem.
