Seyran Ohanyan on Scandalous Order 0038

Former Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia Seyran Ohanyan has released a video message referring to the army and the secret order 0038 during the events of 1 March, 2008. He was Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces in those days.

“Putting Order 0038’s in the basis of 1 March tragic events is a radical approach,” he said.
