Today, the RA Prosecutor General Artur Davtyan received the Armenian participants and prize winners of the International Youth Competition of Social Anti-Corruption Advertising “Together against Corruption!” organised among the 6 member states of the CIS Interstate Council on Combating Corruption.

The CIS Interstate Council on Combating Corruption, which is the organizer of the competition, had invited the contestants – young people aged 14 to 35 from the member states to prepare anti-corruption social advertising in the format of posters and videos on the theme “Together against corruption!” aimed at disseminating and strengthening the idea of ​​rejecting corruption as a phenomenon and carrying out an uncompromising and united struggle against it.

It was held in two nominations: “Best Poster” and “Best Video”, in the context of which the work should reflect the authors’ unique visions and ideas of contemporary mechanisms of anti-corruption struggle, the importance of international cooperation in the fight against corruption in any sector.

In total 1512 video clips and 7821 posters were received from the member countries within the deadlines. 28 representatives from universities and other educational institutions of Armenia participated in the competition. They had presented 38 works: 12 videos and 26 posters.

In the first round, the national jury chose the top three in each category, the first prize awarded to the international jury.

In the first round, the national jury selected the three best works in each category, of which the works that received first prizes were presented to the International Jury. As a result of the general competition, the international jury honored the work of the student of Armenian State Pedagogical University Artem Agasaryan, the third place in the competition.
