At the government session on October 25, the executive will make a decision to allocate funds to the Prime Minister’s staff to organize the liquidation process of the “Digital Armenia” Foundation.
Acting First Deputy Prime Minister Ararat Mirzoyan will present the draft decision to the members of the Executive.
The draft decision states:
In order to organize the liquidation process of the “Digital Armenia” Fund, allocate in 2018, AMD 47 million 280 thousand to the staff of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia at the expense of the Reserve Fund of the Government of the Republic of Armenia provided by the 2018 State Budget (according to article “Other Current Grants” of the Economic Classification of Budget Expenditures).
The amount of funds necessary to organize the liquidation process of the “Digital Armenia” Fund is 47 million 280 thousand 870 AMD.
This amount includes:
- Rent of the Foundation’s office space: 6,123,600 AMD,
- Office and Other Expenses: 175,000 AMD,
- Salaries and Other Payments: AMD 45,105,635 (including two monthly salaries of two employees (executive director and lawyer), accountant’s service fees, final settlement of dismissal of employees provided in Article 130 of Labor Code, the severance pay provided in Article 129 (1), penalty for every delayed day of notification provided in part 1 of Article 115 (1) and (2) of the Labor Code of the Republic of Armenia, for a period of 2 (two) months).
The Fund has 4,123,366 AMD on its bank account.
