Sargis Grigoryan, the advocate of the 2nd President Robert Kocharyan, stated today at a press conference that

“On March 8, 2008, a special session was convened by virtue of law and stated that the President’s decree on March 1 on the state of emergency was a necessary and legitimate,” he said.
